We were lucky enough to get an FBT Review copy of the Forever Body Transformation Program created by Miki Eberhardt, after few days of exploring the member area ( see the video below ) we came up with the following FBT Review:

Professionals say you should only weigh yourself once a week at most. Otherwise the fluctuations you see are most likely to be from water weight alone.
