Raw Matcha brownies
3 tablespoons Matcha De Mark
3 tablespoons cocoa butter
7-8 dates, pitted
1/4 cup light honey
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/4 cup cocoa nibs, unsweetened
2 tsps vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups almonds
Area almonds in food mill and grind until you have a great powder.
Add staying active ingredients, other than Matcha powder and pulse until well incorporated. You should have a dough like consistency and if needed include some water.
Line square pan with parchment paper and location in ready mixture; flatten using spatula to preferred thickness.
Area ready mixture into freezer for 1 hour; slice into squares and dust with Matcha De Mark. Keep in the freezer.
